Join AIA Seattle's Committee on the Environment for a case study of Seattle Living Building Pilot Program!

Seattle’s Living Building Pilot Program encourages deep green new construction in exchange for unprecedented incentives for additional building height and developable area. The presenters will walk through the past, present, and future of the Pilot, telling a story of a city’s push for Living Buildings, balancing environmental benefit and market feasibility, while demonstrating how the pursuit of the Pilot’s progressive goals impacts architectural project delivery.
