Join the AIA Seattle Diversity Roundtable as we celebrate the passage of the Seattle Central Area Design Guidelines and the establishment of a New Central Area Design Review Board
This historic event comes 20 years after the initial community push to establish specific design guidelines for this historic district of Seattle. The year 2018, also marks the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Fair Housing Act which significantly contributed to the Central Area.
