Laddership Summer Kickoff at the Seattle Design Festival

Are you an emerging professional who would like to connect with an experienced architect? Or an experience architect looking to be a mentor? Consider joining AIA Seattle’s Laddership Program. Groups are forming now!
For our Annual Summer Kick-Off Social Event we will meet at 5:30 on Wednesday, September 21st at Pike Place Hill Climb (top of steps). After a brief orientation and introductions, the plan is to join the Seattle Design Festival’s “Room for Change mural by Carolina Silva” event. The Laddership program matches small groups of architecture mentors and emerging professionals in order to meet the high demand for professional guidance in a manner that is informative, enjoyable and easy to fulfill. Laddership groups are intended to broaden the opportunity to provide strong mentoring for our architectural community. A Laddership group consists of one Lead Mentor and five or six young architects and/or interns. Each Laddership group will meet once a month at a regular time and place determined by the group.
