Summer Solstice Event w/ Diversity Roundtable

Celebrating 30 Years of Diversity in Architecture!

Come help celebrate the 30th anniversary of AIA Seattle’s Diversity Roundtable 1986 – 2016. Starting out as an informal gathering of likeminded architects pondering reasons for the under-representation of women and minorities in the profession, the group formalized into the committee it is today as a vehicle for outreach around a commitment to bring diversity into the architecture profession.

SUMMER SOLSTICE 2016
Friday, June 24 | 4–7pm
4pm – 5pm Opening reception & refreshments, Unveiling of Portraits of Diverse Fellows of the AIA
5pm – 6pm Conversation with committee founders including a panel discussion, moderated by Rico Quirindongo & Marga Rose Hancock
6pm – 7pm Celebration continues
