Stanton Phillip Beck Esq., Lane Powell PC Stanton Phillip Beck is a partner and chairman of the Construction Services Group in the Seattle office of the law firm of Lane Powell PC. He received his engineering and law degrees from the University of Washington and devotes his practice to representation of owners, architects and engineers. Stan is a frequent speaker at seminars associated with the construction industry.
