AIA Seattle and the Knowledge by Design Conference welcome authors of recently-published Northwest-related design titles for informal discussion of their work. Book-signing will run concurrently, and University Book Store will have books available for sale on site.
His AIA Seattle colleagues have nominated Jim Suehiro AIA to serve on the AIA national Board of Directors for a three-year term to commence in January 2006, to represent the AIA NW+Pacific Region.
Stanton Phillip Beck Esq., Lane Powell PC Stanton Phillip Beck is a partner and chairman of the Construction Services Group in the Seattle office of the law firm of Lane Powell PC. He received his engineering and law degrees from the University of Washington and devotes his practice to representation of owners, architects and engineers. Stan is a frequent speaker at seminars associated with the construction industry.
