Scott Kruse, DLR Group:
Scott Kruse is an architect with over 30 years of professional experience. He is Principal at DLR Group, an integrated design firm offering architecture, engineering, planning and interiors services. He is the firm’s Region Leader for Pacific Northwest operations, including direct oversight of 75 staff in Seattle and Portland. He is also a leading member of the DLR Group’s national Corporate Forum, where he shares best practices for design and business operations with other firm leadership members from across the United States. Scott’s experience spans architecture, project management and project leadership for diverse project types, with focused expertise in commercial office, workplace and retail facilities design. Scott has presented on architectural topics at regional and national conferences, with topics including workplace efficiencies through design and the Discovery process. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Douglas Blair, Business Manager, Bassetti Architects:
Holding degrees in Construction Management and Business Administration, Doug Blair has spent 29 years managing finances and human resources for five 20-50 person firms in Oregon, Texas and Washington. He has reviewed thousands of resumes and interviewed hundreds of job seekers. For the last 16 years Doug has been the business manager at Bassetti Architects.
