This six story, 50,000-square-foot building will produce 100% of annual energy budget with an on-site photovoltaic array. Sustainable project features that will be highlighted on the tour include the high performance envelope with a triple glazed curtainwall, ground-source mechanical system, heat recovery, and active solar controls.
