The Bullitt Center is projected to be one of the most energy efficient commercial buildings in the world and will meet the highest benchmark in sustainable design, the Living Building Challenge. This six story, 50,000-square-foot building will produce 100% of annual energy budget with an on-site photovoltaic array. Sustainable project features that will be highlighted on the tour include the high performance envelope with a triple glazed curtainwall, ground-source mechanical system, heat recovery, and active solar controls.
