In 2008-2010, AIA Seattle, along with the Congress of Residential Architects (CORA), advocated for changes to the City of Seattle’s Multifamily Housing Code as part of the City’s Update. Thanks to the hard work of dozens of architects who dedicated their time to the effort, the Multi-Family Housing Code Update passed with the changes advocated for by the architectural community.
