Presenters:

Nicole Starnes Taylor, AIA
Nicole was first attracted to architecture for its power to inspire. She founded Make Design Studio to create spaces that enhance our connection to each other, our community and reveal the beauty and uniqueness of each place. Nicole received a Master of Architecture from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from North Carolina State University. She lectures on green building strategies and architectural design at universities and conferences. With experience in net zero energy and green building strategies, Nicole seeks projects that step lightly on the land with creativity and a connection to community and place.
