

The multiple accessibility laws and codes applicable to projects are sometimes badly written and confusing. This course will help the practitioner unravel the tangle of laws, and focus on the “dirty dozen” most common accessibility issues in multiunit housing compliance.
About the Presenter
William E. Endelman AIA is a licensed Architect and the Principal of Endelman & Associates PLLC, a five person firm specializing in accessibility consulting, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Housing Act, and Building Code accessibility compliance. He has over thirty years experience in facility accessibility, architecture, project management, and A/E business operations, in management positions for architectural, real estate, and other companies.
