Mentoring

Laddership: Building Relationships in Today’s Profesional Environment

The Laddership program matches small groups of architecture mentors and emerging professionals in order to meet the high demand for professional guidance in a manner that is informative, enjoyable and easy to fulfill. Laddership groups are intended to broaden the opportunity to provide strong mentoring for our architectural community. A Laddership Group consists of one (1) Lead Mentor and five or six (5-6) young architects and/or interns. Each Laddership group will meet once a month at a regular time and place determined by the group.
