The purpose of the AIA Seattle Design for Aging (DFA) Committee is to foster design innovation and disseminate knowledge necessary to enhance the built environment and quality of life for an aging society.

The Healthy Aging Partnership (HAP) is pleased to present an “Aging at Home Workshop” on Wednesday, September 15th from 9:30am – 3:00pm in Magnuson Park in the View Ridge Room at The Brig, Building 406 located at 6344 NE 74th Street, Seattle, WA 98115.

This workshop is free and open to the public, intended specifically for adults age 55+. Come learn from experts about healthy living, emergency preparedness, lifelong learning, and civic engagement. Also learn about grant funding available for teams of older adults that want to make Aging at Home a reality in their own communities.
