Betty Torrell AIA, A native Washingtonian, Betty Torrell received her architectural degree from the University of Washington. Torrell founded her practice in 1989 specializing in residential architecture and interior design services, including new construction, additions and remodels. She is a member of the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild, the Cascadia Region Green Building Council, The United States Green Building Council, and an Associate member of the American Society of Interior Designers. She is co-chair of the Seattle AIA Custom Residential Architects Network Commitee and is a member of the AIA Seattle/Northwest Home Magazine Open House Program Commitee.
Anna Mihkels, AIA, LEED AP, of Group3 Architects, was first attracted to architecture because it blends making and art. Every project presents a new opportunity to explore space making. Anna favors simple design solutions that have a twist of the unexpected, that are fun yet considered, making space that feels right, and real. She has a master in Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania, is licensed in the State of Washington and is LEED accredited.
