Inspired by atelierjones’s first foray into mass timber, CLTHouse, this home is constructed of cross laminated timber. Code Mode | Understanding the Seattle Existing Building Code
Join us for a two day seminar on understanding the Seattle Existing Building Code (SEBC). Day 1 delves into the code’s philosophy and explores requirements for building reuse and substantial alterations.
