Program Considerations / Possibilities:
Using the past, present, and potential future of Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region as a point of departure, the WWW conference will engage public officials and design professionals in an exploration of intersecting spheres of community and environment through design, with a focus on places that connect communities around opportunities related to walking, working, water.

Lesson from other cities also applicable here might include the Boston experience with The Big Dig, Portland's Willamette riverfront reconnection, and San Francisco's Embarcadero.
