Join colleagues for an overview of risk management techniques based on application of standard AIA contract provisions, alternatives for tailoring standard AIA contracts to meet the needs of a specific project or client, and investigation of how various contract provisions, coupled with good project management, can help to economically and efficiently minimize and resolve disputes. With expert assistance, attendees will consider case studies based on single-family residential projects applying different management styles, by ABC Smart Functional Firm and XYZ Imperiled Dysfunctional Firm.
