Paper Documents
AIA Seattle is a full-service distributor of paper documents.  Download the Order Form or visit our office between 10am and 5pm Tuesday-Friday.  Consult the Price List at the right for current pricing information.

A $10 handling fee will be charged on all international orders.

Electronic Documents
Visit the Documents on Demand eShop for electronic access to the fourteen most popular contract documents, and print them for immediate use.

If you purchase documents frequently, visit the AIA National website to purchase software and a metering license.  There are four license structures, from Meter 100 permitting 100 documents per year, to an Unlimited Annual License.  Costs
