Paper Documents
AIA Seattle is a full-service distributor of paper documents.  Download the Order Form or visit our office between 10am and 5pm M-F.  Consult the Price List at the right for current pricing information.

Electronic Documents
Visit the Documents on Demand eShop for electronic access to the fourteen most popular contract documents, and print them for immediate use.

UPDATE
AIA Contract Documents on Demand eShop: AIA National will stop selling documents on March 16th. Documents purchased on or before this date will be available to access/download until March 31st, 2009.

If you purchase documents frequently, visit the AIA National website to purchase software and a metering license.  There are four license structures, from Meter 100 permitting 100 documents per year, to an Unlimited Annual License.  Costs
