Our region is realizing a very significant increase in multi-family housing. Our city centers are adding residents to traditionally business cores and our suburban communities are creating a new sense of “urbanity” while embracing a more diverse population. Elsewhere in the World, architects for some time have been designing economical, sustainable and affordable urban multi-family housing.

This forum will examine case studies, technologies, processes, goals and policies for advancing the quality of multi-family housing in the future.
