Register and pay by September 21, 2009
Submit your materials by October 6, 2009

Step 1: Download the Submittal Guidelines .pdf document, at right.

Step 2: Click the "Register Now" button at right to submit payment online for the total number of projects you intent to enter.

Step 3: Check your email. You will recieve a link to a webpage where you will be able to upload your submittal materials.

Step 4: Create a user account on the website linked in your email.

• Use the entrant's name as the username.
• Please use the same contact information submitted during payment.
• Entrants can submit multiple projects from a single account.

Step 5: Follow the instructions you will find on the webpage linked in your email.

PLEASE NOTE
• Though you must register by September 21, 2009, projects can be submitted, edited and updated until the submittal deadline  on October 6, 2009.
